Meet Jasmine

Jasmine is a professional triathlete with a lifelong passion for sport at all levels, having being involved in sport from an early age. With a background in competitive swimming, she competed at national level and at the 2026 Olympic trials, where she was selected to represent England internationally. Jasmine developed an excellent understanding of swimming technique, nutrition, S&C, sports psychology during her time on British Swimming talent pathways and applied this as a swimming teacher and coach during her studies. Jasmine transitioned into triathlon in 2019, since being part of Total Tri Training, she has competed at the highest levels of age group sport, with multiple overall age group wins, including at the 2025 British middle distance championships.

In her spare time she is an active member of the British Army reserves working as an analyst and competes in the Army triathlon and swimming teams at inter-service competitions against the Navy & RAF. Jasmines military background brings a level of professionalism, mental resilience and adaptability to not only her triathlon performances, but also her triathlon coaching. As a physical training instructor for her unit, she also has experience leading individuals and groups through training sessions.

Jasmine is keen to give back to the sport, and apply her extensive technical knowledge of triathlon by helping triathletes at all levels achieve their goals, find joy in the sport and reach their full potential. She is passionate about empowering more women to take up the sport of triathlon and truly understands the challenges many women face in the sport and aims to create a supportive, inclusive coaching environment in which they can thrive. Jasmine believes that success comes from consistency in training, understanding both the person and the athlete, enjoying the process and being part of the triathlon community at TTT.
