Phil – Ironman Triathlete – Ribble Valley – Age 34
Came to me as a new athlete in the sport and after consistent years f training delivered an Ironman result of 9hrs11 in Copenhagen. As a parent a highly time crunched athlete working on around 8-10 training hours per week. Phil has also qualified for multiple 70.3 world championships along the way.
Carl - Ironman Triathlete – Liverpool – Age 36
Came to me in 2025 with an IM Result of 16hrs5 in Austria. Completed to same race in 2026 with a time 13hrs56. This was as a result of highly effective training and a love for the process of his work.

Came to me in 2024 completing his first season in triathlon he completed his first IM in 2025 at Leeds 11hrs32. In 2024 Ben completed IM Copenhagen in 9hrs37 and has fully immersed himself in the sport.
